Small Business Incubator, Southern Illinois University Carbondale
This 55,000 s.f. facility, located just southeast of the Southern Illinois University college campus in Carbondale, Illinois, provides a supportive environment to assist new and expanding companies, ranging from light manufacturing to service oriented businesses, to develop and stabilize. The building is designed to accommodate various research-oriented businesses that require wet and dry labs, exhaust hoods, and technical facilities. All of SIU's primary economic development entities are housed in the facility.
