Monroe County Care and Rehabilitation Center
A replacement facility for a 1940's era county nursing home, the Monroe County Care and Rehabilitation Center consists of a 50 apartment supportive living center, a 40-bed Alzheimer's wing, a 91-bed skilled care wing, administrative offices, and an outpatient physical therapy area.
