LaSalle Veterans' Home
This project consists of a substantial expansion of an existing Veterans' Home; it is composed of a 40 bed skilled nursing wing and a 40 bed Alzheimer's wing, which contains two 20-bed neighborhoods. A new kitchen to service the entire facility is provided, as well as numerous dining, activity, and support areas. The tight site and the fact that the existing building will remain occupied during construction required creative approaches to construction sequencing and phasing. This project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2008.
