Chase Bank - Springfield Marine Bank
This 100,000 s.f. addition and restoration construction project to the oldest bank in Illinois continues the development of urban space around the Old Capitol Square in the state capitol of Illinois. Complete remodeling of existing space and integration of new facilities within the historic context of the original bank were primary requirements in this project. This commission, won through competition, represents flexible office space in both new and old structures.
